METANOL is unique product for prevention of corrosion scale and fouling.
METANOL forms protective films on the metal surface of the heat exchanger
these films effectively prevent scale and corrosion.
METANOL contains antiscaling agents which proves excellent inhibition
of calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate scales calcium, phosphate, sludging,
iron and fouling are also minimized by use of METANOL regularly.
METANOL works under any pH, temperature and highly soluble in water. |

Calcium, Magnesium and other metallic salts make water hard and therefore
it forms scale and these scales are deposited on different contact parts
or heat equipments and due to regular addition of new scales to equipments
the thickness of scales goes on increasing and hence efficiency of equipments
goes on decreasing. Scales formed has got very low thermal conductivity
so there is lot of fuel wastage, deposited parts are overheated and has
chances of cracking of precious equipments, flow rate is also decreased
and to get required efficiency the equipments has to run longer period
therefore there is increase in working hours of labours and decrease in
output, and lost of fuel. To remove these complicated scales mechanically
is very difficult because complicated design of eqipments. Acids use for
cleaning but unproper handling may corrode system, so to solve problem
of scales we have developed a product called NOSCALE - SR. NOSCALE can
be conveniently used for Carbon, Steel, Copper, Brass, S.S. The special
design compound works at room temperature. NOSCALE-SR is generally useful
for removing all types of scales founds in the system like Calcium, Magnesium
Salts, Iron oxides, Silicates etc.

| Hard water is universal problems for living
and non living beings. In Industries it creates operational difficulties
with Boiler, diesel engines, heat exchangers and other water oriented
equipments, constant monitor is essential to prevent scales and corrosions
formation for better efficiency. We had came out with handy and easy to
use test pack kit for fast determination of Total hardness and other chemistry
of water which is less in weight, easy to use, non hazardous, can carry
test on site, economical, required less space for storages. |

| Water
Hardness test pack contains a test jar and four reagent bottles in a handy
pack. The reagent bottles are self dropper type bottles and operator has
to count only the number of drops added from bottles to know the exact
hardness in PPM. One test pack is depends upon hardness consumption normally
it is sufficient for testing about 150 nos. samples. Refill regents are
also available on request. |
